NICE guidance is just that - guidance.
Someone (CCG?) has to agree to proceed and to fund it.

We have received our first request for FOB analysis with clinical details 'As per NICE Guidance'.
There was no prior contact and the sample was sent in the traditional pot.
Previous mailings, in particular Callum's blogs, noted.
