Dear All,
Computational tools are quickly becoming the main bottleneck to analyse
large-scale genomic and genetic data.
To address this, we have developed DISSECT, a new, free and user-friendly
software that can run on computer systems that range from simple desktop
computers to large supercomputers. This allows analysing small genomic
datasets as well as datasets containing hundreds of thousands of records.
Among the things the software can currently do are: standard GWAS
Analysis, Principal Components Analysis, Fit Univariate and Bivariate
Mixed Linear Models or Genomic Prediction.
