Dear Terry,
You make it sound like I was saying that designers don't need to know
how to make stuff.
I was saying something completely different.
It is very annoying to get this type of fallacious reply.
And you do it all the time.
Please stop wasting electrons and everybody's time with this type of
idle and pointless merry-go-round.
Designers are supposed to be competent and responsible.
Designers are supposed to know how to do stuff.
Designers are also supposed to know a lot of other things, including
historical issues.
