Dear Salem
As you know, I'm one of the members of ADI Italia Special Commission on
Food Design.
The commission is currently working to involve in the conversation of the
food project, entrepreneurial and projecting competencies to analyze the
relationship between the ethics and aesthetics of the food, between the
science and nutrition of eating styles, and the current transformations
from the point of view of the relationship of food with the design of
instruments.
It is active from February 2014 and refers to the enterprise department and
is composed of project management and business professionals

We are currently promoting the Compasso d’Oro Award International Edition,*The
1st edition will be on  "Design for Food and Nutrition". *
I think it can be very interesting for all students and researchers on
Design, as well for most of our networks, could you please share this
