Hi Andrew,
Does non-commercial use also permit remixing of images?

Hi James,
Thanks!
To answer your questions:
-Sharing - it should be - there's a link on the footer pager to 'Share
search results'. If you click on that, you get the option of a link that
you can copy to clipboard and paste (or add to Facebook etc). Let me know
if this isn't working! Technically, you are linking to the combination of
search facets, not the results themselves - but we felt this was too fine a
point to try and get across
- Credit lines - the statement is for the image, not the object, and we
retain the copyright in the image. As Colin says, there are no problems
with re-use for non-commercial purposes. We are updating to be "2015",
rather than 2014 - will hopefully get there before 2016!
- API - we have discussed whether this is an area that we want to move in.
I'd really like us to, but its not on the immediate horizon at the moment.
Any case studies/arguments for impact of introducing one would be greatly
appreciated!
Thanks all,
Andrew

Hi Andrew
Very, very nice. This really does the collection justice. And great to see
direct download links for media.
Three quick questions though
- it doesn't appear to be possible to get shareable links for filtered
search results. Is that true?
- are all the works really "© Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II 2014"? Surely
much of it is Public Domain?
- any plans for an API?
Thanks for the reminder of the clocks change. Though it does mean there's
one less hour to explore the collections!
Cheers, James
