A recent message on ALATT shared the news that it's legal to show films and TV shows via Netflix in libraries as long as it's a non-charged for event.
"Simone Groene-Nieto: Some ways we're using it currently: a month of binge watching House of Cards to lead up to the release of the next season, which we'll do a marathon showing of. We also do a Saturday Morning Cartoons regular event, with cereal provided. http://denverlibrary.org/event/saturday-morning-cartoons."
Are any libraries doing this in the UK?
Also are any UK libraries using the Overdrive video screening service yet in the UK? What's the take up like?
Thanks
