Hi Amanda,
Email them (CGLI) the SDF file from each computer and ask them to upload the file manually.
Sometimes they know what to do if you tell them how...
The SDF file is usually located in C:\Users\Public\SecureAssess Evolve\data

Is anyone having problems delivering exams with City & Guilds and OCR through SecureAssess?
I keep getting pop ups telling me the software cannot upload the results and because of this I haven't been able to get any results for approximately 10 students. I am also now having a problem with the tests freezing and I have to crash it and log onto another computer. City and Guilds IT haven't been very helpful and our IT technicians haven't any ideas either
