I'm no expert but I think the best solution might be to follow OSCOLA http://www.law.ox.ac.uk/published/OSCOLA_4th_edn.pdf guidelines for opinions on page 30 and add "reference for a preliminary ruling" instead of opinion of AG
Opinions of Advocates General
When citing an opinion of an Advocate General, add the words ‘Opinion of AG [name]’ after the case citation and a comma, and before any pinpoint.
