Dear All,
once again we would like to draw your attention to our session at the
EGU meeting in Vienna.
We have already received abstracts discussing different 3D geological
modelling methodologies and applications on the Earth, on terrestrial
planets and moons in the Solar System, and some very new result on the
67P/Churyumov–Gerasimenko Comet, which has been reached by the ESA
Rosetta mission just a few months ago.
We are very happy at the moment because our main goal was to bring
together experiences from different science communities, which might
have already developed solutions that could be easily adapted to other
fields of investigations, or that sometimes use the same modelling tools
and strategies without even knowing.
The session title is:
3D digital geological models from terrestrial outcrops to planetary
surfaces (TS8.6/PS9.6).
And you find it here:
http://meetingorganizer.copernicus.org/EGU2015/session/17925
Abstract submission via the Copernicus server is open until 07 January
2015 (but as usual some late submission might be sent directly to the
conveners).
Thank you for considering this session and we are looking forward to
seeing you in Vienna!
Andrea Bistacchi, Laurent Jorda, Matteo Massironi, and Sophie Viseur
