Hi Katherine,
Fortunately we have only small amounts of coursework. When it comes back from the board I email the tutors to come and collect it. If they don't I keep it until the next exam series and then destroy it unless the students come in to request it back. It can be a pain if you have large amounts.

Subject: Coursework
Hi all
I am new to exams and have been sorting through our safe room. Can anybody tell me what your procedures are for coursework that is returned to the centre after external moderation. Do you store it securely for a certain length of time, when do you give it back to the students? If the students don't collect their coursework do you destroy it?
Any help would be gratefully received.
Many thanks
