Dear Subscribers,
Just a quick reminder that the deadline for the prize draw is at 5pm this evening; I’m very happy to accept survey responses after the deadline, but I’m afraid you won’t be eligible for the prize draw. I’m also still collecting examples of depositor agreements and declaration forms etc, if you are able to donate.
Thank you again for your patience and goodwill with my emails and the survey, and all the best for Christmas and the New Year.
Best Wishes,
Victoria

**WIN an IPad Air or one of four Amazon Vouchers!**
Survey completion deadline: Friday 12th December 2014 at 5pm
I’m following up on my previous email regarding the copyright and digitisation survey mentioned above. The survey is now available at https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/W789DK6. Information about the scope and content of the survey, including ethical approval, is available via this link. You can edit your responses until the last page of the survey is completed.
I understand that completing surveys is a significant investment of time; to reduce this burden, the survey can be completed in a number of ways. The options are as follows:
1. You can complete the questionnaire as a web survey or I can send you a Word document.
2. If you do not think you will be able to complete the survey, I would be very happy to interview you, over the phone instead, at a time and date that is convenient to you.
3. If you would be willing to share internal guidelines or policy documents with me, I am collecting examples of the following: depositor agreements; digitisation strategies; copyright guidance; reprographic guidelines; and licensing agreements for content analysis. If you are unable to take the survey, this might be the most convenient way to contribute to the study.
4. If a questionnaire or interview is inconvenient, please consider emailing me with any comments, or experiences of dealing with copyright in your collections that you think might be relevant to the project. I intend to carry out case studies with a variety of institutions in early 2015, and this may be the most appropriate method of recording your experiences.
You can email me directly regarding any of these options at [log in to unmask]
All participants who complete a questionnaire by Friday 12th December 2014 at 5pm, and agree to be included in the prize draw will have the chance of winning an IPad Air, or one of four Amazon vouchers worth £50.
