I am probably unnaturally sensitive, but its the things like the Pearl Harbor that I recall from the video, and the accents of course.
I think if I played a 10 minute cartoon video with machine-generated voices
to a collection of (already sceptical) academic here, I’d get very short shrift. Even more
so the amusing conversation between the teddy bears about data on the USB stick.
Don’t get me wrong! the content is entirely appropriate. It’s just that watching animations
looking like South Park is just not in their comfort zone. Thats why I am curious as to whether
others are successfully using this sort of thing with academics.
