Hi Martin. Since you have Sparx installed, you also have EMAN2 installed. For EMAN2 refinements, we have a tool which will automatically convert everything to MRCS and make a Relion STAR file for you, and even set up the Relion refinement.
I'm not aware of a full converter for Sparx, but you can easily handle the format conversion at least. If you have a current snapshot of EMAN2/SPARX, just:
e2proc2d.py 4607.hed 4607.mrcs
if you have a snapshot more than a couple of months old, you'll have to use the older construction:
e2proc2d.py --twod2threed 4607.hed 4607.mrc
