Hello Shirley
Paper based is really easy, you can book and print the tests in the same way but print the papers in advance and hold in a secure cupboard until you need them. I have been using them quite a bit for Work Based Learners as they only come to college once a week and if the test platform crashes it's a waste of their day !!! The only down point is that you will have to mark them - this is also very quick and easy. However, the system has still got to be up and running for this to be logged !!!!
Hope this of some help
Kind regards,
