Thierry, the pathology seems primarily to affect the cementum, but also
affects the dentine and enamel layers that should have formed one half of
the tooth. The abnormal, wrinkled shape implies that the dental sac is
abnormally formed with corresponding wrinkles, but this in turn might be
due to an infection, physical trauma, or a developmental error -- it is
