We migrated Millennium to a hosted server in Dublin last week, and since then our Interlibrary loan requests to the British Library have not got through, because "SPF check failed: 217.112.157.73 is not authorized to send in the name of "lsbu.ac.uk".>"
Our IT people have identified that they need to add an SPF (Sender Policy Framework) entry to the DNS, but we're unsure what form this should take.
www.spfwizard.net suggests "v=spf1 mx a ptr ip4:217.112.157.73 include:iii.sbank.com"
Has anyone on a hosted server had this problem, and if so, was it resolved by adding the SPF - and did it look like this?
Any suggestions gratefully received.
Thanks
Claire
