I think the outsourcing to CSU meant a lot of local knowledge was
lost. When my practice was migrated to nhs mail last year I had to
insist they didn't change [log in to unmask] to their standard
configuration (I've had it for over 15 years, in fact you told me how
to avoid the X500 monstrosity).
