Subject: Re: Knowledge Mobilisation
Hi Jon
Carlos beat me to it! I know 'knowledge mobilsation' as 'knowledge translation'. KT also includes disinvestment activities and behaviour change so it is rather complex. When I was at the Centre for Clinical Effectiveness, we were engaged in a project called SHARE - sustainability in healthcare by allocating resources effectively. It involved identifying disinvestment opportunities, evidence gathering, processes (inc evaluation) and strategies for particular disinvestment projects. We also started evaluation services but I left CCE so I don't know how that panned out.
KT - a lot of info to get my head around and still is!
Cheers - Catherine
