Hi,
I'm not sure why this would happen.
Is it possible that you don't have the correct write permissions in some directories, or have run out of disk space?
It seems to be complaining that it cannot read .commands, which is a file that should be created by the tbss_2_reg script.
If none of the above seems to be the problem then let us know.
