Hi Kate and hello everyone
Thanks for the support and instructions on how to use the list, Kate - and apologies to everyone earlier for my newbie error.
From our point of view as museum designers, we would find the service invaluable as a way to boost sustainability and make exhibition design budgets go further.
Does anyone have any suggestions for how to get the word out to museums in the UK? Lists, events, blogs? We are happy to put our energy behind it to make things happen, but would really appreciate some advice.
Thanks
Caroline

(C and I e'd the other day and her article is in Designweek here: http://m.designweek.co.uk/3038532.article ). Think this is a brilliant plan (that just needs a simple tech infrastructure that both Freegle and freecycle seem interested in providing) and some takers. I guess the q is: what would stop institutions doing this, or is there a brilliant virtuous circle here where perhaps small museums get free display refreshes and big ones don't have to drop well made bits of gallery furniture in skips?
