I received one example of a current workforce development plan in a public library service. This workforce development plan was part of a wider business plan.

Structure:
Sections
1. Organisation reshaping & agility
2. Resourcing and talent
3. Training and development
Column Headings:
• What issues/requirements need to be addressed?
• What actions will be taken?
• What resources are required?
• When will it be done?
• Who is responsible?
• Which of the Business Unit objectives does this support?
• How will impact and outcome be measured?
