During refinement, images are only taken into account until a limited
resolution to save computational resources. Only in the last refinement
will the entire images be considered. This leads to the *unfil.mrc maps
and a complete FSC, which may be further improved through masking in the
postprocessing step. Don't publish an intermediate-iteration FSC curve.
