Daer collective brain,
I would very much like to be able to receive info on trending topics in clinical research. Does anyone know of any software, website or app that allows one to do this? What I anticipate is something like the trending stats you get on Twitter hashtags. I am not interested in performing searches, structured or otherwise, ditto RSS feeds. I want to be informed if, for example, the MeSH "MicroRNA" goes from 100 papers to 1000 papers in a short space of time. Any and all help appreciated.
Chris
