This classic textbook was recommended to me some years ago. I hope it's of some help with the important principles.

Subject: teamwork vs single healthcare worker competence and attitudes
Dear all,
I am searching some evidence or even only hints regarding the importance of teamwork on delivering high value healthcare.
I would like to start from the importance of competence and attitude of any single person that works in providing care. But from here show the importance of integration, coordination and ultimately teamwork (multiprofessional and multidisciplinar).
Any suggestion?
Best regards,
