What a fantastic team of supervisors!
I recently saw a presentation of a master thesis that
addressed the *eating-out-culture* of a particular part
of a particular region of Portugal (Alentejo) and its relationship
with Design.
It's in Portuguese so I will send it to Mafalda.
It's interesting to notice that most contributions in this thread
immediately associated "barbecuing" with meat. In Portugal
it's all about grilled fish. Manly sardines really. But if you happen
to be visiting ask for the grilled sardines only in the Summer and
only if you see any locals already ordering them. Otherwise
you'll get the frozen ones, which are frankly quite ghastly.
