I agree with other replies, it works fine. Also worth looking at, as it also analyses your followers times, is Followerwonk. It does a lot more than that too.

I use the free version every month to see when our followers are online and then focus many (but not all) of our tweets on those periods when the majority are.
The free version only lets you do a monthly analysis, but that is ok for what we need to know.
Lots of extra stuff if you pay for Premium analysis.
Never had any problem with it.
