Very much appreciated. I am impressed that you were able to lay your hands on it so quickly! There are some very useful arguments in there which I hope will make the difference. There continues to be quite a degree of reluctance from local authorities to allow their museums to escape the corporate website, so the advantages of independence still need to be asserted 7 years on from your study.
