Call for Contributions to the 8th Annual Irish Workshop on Mathematics Learning and Support Centres
The 8th Annual Irish Workshop on Mathematics Learning and Support Centres will take place on Friday the 31st of January 2014.
The conference theme is "Diversity: challenges and opportunities-enabling and supporting mathematics learning in a diverse student population".
Call for Contributions.
Submissions are now invited for the conference, with a closing date for submissions of 19th December 2013. Submissions should be sent to [log in to unmask]
We are inviting titles and abstracts (100 words or less) for short talks which deal with the conference theme and that focus on:
Providing mathematics learning support to students with disabilities.
How staff working in mathematics learning support can best liaise and communicate with other services within their institutes and universities (such as Access Offices, Academic Departments and Schools, Admissions Offices and Student Service) to ensure the best mathematical learning for students.
Other contributions related to mathematics learning support will also be welcome.
