I wonder if anyone can help with a query I've had from one of our academics. The course has a Turnitin submission through Blackboard for an assessment, the problem we have is that sometimes students want to submit image files in pdf format. I know that Turnitin can't read these files (and the subject area accept this), but because of this the file is not accepted for the assessment, so doesn't appear in the gradecentre in Blackboard. Short of setting up two assessments in Blackboard which is not optimal(!) do any colleagues have more acceptable workarounds?
Thanks
Sue
