Hi Steve
Thanks for that, and thanks to everyone who responded so I know it's not a
local problem. At University of Portsmouth we are using IE 8.Our on campus
IP access is working fine with IE 8, it's just off campus access which is
causing the problem as the institution name dropdown isn't appearing at the
Shibboleth login page, as you have said.
