Hi,
It sounds like you have not run a full registration in this FEAT analysis, or that it did not work correctly.
The Renderhighres process relies on there being a full registration performed in the FEAT analysis.
All the best,
Mark

When I was asked to select a FEAT directory, I chose /Users/Brain/fsl_course_data/fmri/fmri_fluency/*.feat under Filter, selected "Standard" as the "Space to upsample to" and "main structural" as the Bakcground image. "Colour-code using existing post-threshold range" is set by default. Next, I pressed GO. I cannot find the hr directory under ~/fsl_course_data/fmri/fmri_fluency.
