Hello, I have been trying to do the High-resolution Single-Session Overlays.
I launched Renderhighres_gui under Mac OS. When I was asked to select a FEAT directory, I chose /Users/Brain/fsl_course_data/fmri/fmri_fluency/*.feat under Filter, selected "Standard" as the "Space to upsample to" and "main structural" as the Bakcground image. "Colour-code using existing post-threshold range" is set by default. Next, I pressed GO. I cannot find the hr directory under ~/fsl_course_data/fmri/fmri_fluency.
I noticed that on my xterm, there is an error message:
/usr/local/fsl/bin/renderhighres /Users/Brain/fsl_course_data/fmri/fmri_fluency/. standard highres 1 1 15
Can't use standard for output space - doesn't exist in the FEAT registration output
child process exited abnormally
Done
Q1: Where in the renderhighres.gui can I specify the low resolution data and high resolution image?
Q2: Could anybody please let me know what is going on and how to resolve this issue?
Thank you for your help.
