Hello,
I am trying to setup an analysis in gPPI and I'm running into some
trouble with the VOI size. The manual does explain how one might fix
such a problem, but I don't think I understand the manual because I
thought I did what it recommended but the analysis still doesn't work.
The error I'm receiving is "VOI is larger than dataset". The manual
said to multiply your VOI by the first level mask, and so I believe I've
done that because I have a new VOI mask which is now the same dimensions
as my dataset (both are 40x48x34) but I'm getting the same error
message. Have I misunderstood things? And regardless, how can I fix
this issue?
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help!
Cheers,
Jason
