Hello all,
I am working on some exploratory analyses in an fMRI dataset and I was
wondering if there is a good online resource that explains what can be
learned from FIR timecourse estimation using MarsBar. I understand the
basics of what an FIR timecourse is, but I don't understand what
conclusions it can be used to draw.
For example, what does it mean when two conditions have different FIR
timecourses functions? As well, if the FIR timecourse for one condition
is essentially flat or below zero, is this simply evidence that no
activity was observed for that condition, or is it indicative of
something more complex in the analyses?
Thanks in advance.
Cheers,
Jason
