Bruno Munari is great.
Another resource I would recommend is "Design and Art: Documents of
Contemporary Art" edited by Alex Coles. This book includes interviews with
both artists and designers who worked or still work between the blurry
boundaries of these disciplines. The interviews contain personal
experiences besides art historical examples.
