Hi,
I'm currently using EMI-3 CREAM servers with EMI-2 Apel! It works OK.
But I'm thinking about upgrading to EMI-3 Apel publisher to
make things line up, i.e.
Publisher:
> apel-lib-1.1.2-0.el6.noarch
> apel-client-1.1.2-0.el6.noarch
> apel-ssm-2.1.0-0.el6.noarch
Is anybody using it? Does it work OK with TORQUE?
I know I need to upgrade the parsers to EMI-3 too,
as EMI-2 ones are not compatible. It's a bit of a palaver to
upgrade to tell you the truth because YAIM is gone.
There is some decent upgrade documentation here:
https://twiki.cern.ch/twiki/bin/view/EMI/EMI3APELClient
But it's a lot of manual hacking, so I'm scripting it myself
instead with puppet and bash.
Please let me know if you use it.
Cheers,
Steve
