Dear Colleagues,
Horst Rittel's work on problems in planning and decision theory, wicked problems, and other aspects of information and design is more widely cited than read. For a project I am planning, I recently digitised ten key articles and papers spanning a quarter century of Rittel's work from 1966 to 1988.
These papers are now available on my Academia.edu page at URL:
http://swinburne.academia.edu/KenFriedman
They appear in a special section titled "Rittel." These papers will remain accessible for two weeks. A bibliography of the papers appears at the end of this note.
Yours,
Ken Friedman
