Hello experts,
I completed individual subject rs-fMRI Melodic analysis as part of subject level independent analysis. Now, I'd like to go back and do group level Melodic, but would like to save time by using the already preprocessed data and registration of the filtered_func_data to individual anatomic scans.
Would featregapply be able to use these prior individual melodic output files to then registered the individual preprocessed filtered_func_data to standard space?
I think this would allow me to check the individual registrations to standard space, as being of good quality prior to using the melodic command line for group ICA.
If so, then what is the exact best way to run this command?
Is it: featregapply individual_melodic_output_folder.ica
Where I can put a design.fsf file inside the individual_melodic_output_folder.ica that specified registration to MNI space?
Or what would work best?
Thank you in advance for your help,
Varina
