Hello Experts,
I had posted this over the weekend, and don't mean to pester, but am hoping to get some guidance. Thank you for your patience.
Original Post:
I am running a few obvious test cases using fsl_sbca to better familiarize myself with this tool and am hoping you will elucidate a few key points for me.
I used the bilateral sensory motor network from a single subject's output from Melodic, i.e. thresh_zstat_sensory-motor. I binarized the area that this map covered. I then created a ROI covering the left thalamus. After registering all to func_data space, I used:
fsl_sbca -i filtered_func_data.nii.gz -s thresh_zstat_sensory-motor_binarized -t thalamus-roi -o senory-motor-2thal -r --out_ttcs --out_conf -v
This yielded a partial correlation map over the left thalamus with scattered intensities. Does this map answer the question: which areas of the thalamus are significantly correlated with the sensory motor network? Or am I missing important steps that I need to consider?
I also got an "index" map that oddly showed the sensory-motor network with low to high intensity shade of blue in a rainbow fashion from top to bottom. What is the utility of this feature?
Thank you for your help!
