Just say that it's free to use this new system and as a service you'll be happy to keep the old one running but unfortunately will need to recharge costs of administration and postage to teams (work out what it is and triple it).

The OCR repository is very easy to use and has the benefit of being very cheap, no bundles of packets and a full record of dispatch.
Unfortunately I have only managed to get one Head of Department to take it up so far. The Department manage the process up to the final stage. They enter the coursework marks and monitor the sample requests.
We upload the sample together (so that I can see that it is done on time).
If you can suggest how I can other departments to follow - it would be much appreciated.

Subject: OCR Repository
Hi
Does anyone use the Repository and what do you think of it?
I have had a HOD enquiring about using it this year. I have a few questions:
Does the work only get uploaded when a sample is requested or does all the work get uploaded anyway?
Who is responsible for uploading the work - exams or the department?
Any feedback by anyone using it would be useful.
Thank you in advance.
