I'm sure this has been asked many times before but I thought I ask again in case new ideas and practices have been developed since. Does anyone have any useful tips about how to capture enquiry statistics received by your front-line staff, especially in a single-staffed libraries?
It would be interesting to find out what type of questions we get asked these days when vast amount of information can be found online easily by customers.
I would appreciate some tips if you have any. Happy to compile a list of I get a decent number of replies.
Kind regards
