Along Victor's posts (today's and also an exchange in early Nov. 2011 with
Jonas Wolfgang and Rosan Chow), and a recent reminder by Ken that
therearen't publicly available comprehensive literature reviews to refer to
in our field and respective sub-fields, here is an exemplar of what is
badly needed, also referred to by Jonas as well 2 years ago. I am currently
perusing "Mnemotechne of Design — Ontology and Design Research Theories", a
PhD thesis submitted in 2010 by Joseph Frances to Auckland University of
Technology ( http://aut.researchgateway.ac.nz/handle/10292/1205 ). Highly
recommended to those interested and wishing to enrich us more with similar
excellent work.
Bravo to Joseph Frances and supervisor, and best wishes to those who will
emulate the same.
Francois
