Would you allow me to add this following short but foundational qualifier
missing in your post and quotes: "... all I care about is getting the job -
WELL - done." And, "...I ask them what they want to do - WELL -". It is the
'WELL' that requires expertise, not particularly endowed to everyone
designing.
