Hi Nikki
All our teachers claim the BTEC achievements online and they give us print-outs of the confirmation reports which my team and I check against class lists to ensure that all students have been claimed for. The achievements are checked by Course Leaders and countersigned by Faculty Heads, any reports without two signatures are rejected by us.
For the purposes of MIS results input, we create and upload an EDI entries file according to the reports we received. We then download the results file which we import in our MIS system.
Hope that helps.
Regards.

Subject: BTEC Results
Hello
I was wondering how other centres inform Edexcel of their BTEC results. Do you do it through EDI, EDIFact File or online?
Also have any of you had problems with Edexcel uploading your results?
