Dear Andrew,
While doing the evaluation you should also look at the recovery at higher D Bil levels in adult samples. I am getting under recovery.
Also in every normal healthy volunteer sample the D Bil levels are higher than calculated I Bil. Like total 0.8 and direct 0.6 I find this weird.
I will be keenly waiting for your initial data. Do let me know, please.
Best,
Sutirtha

Thank-you for the warning. We are conducting an evaluation of this new method this week and will
pay particular attention to neonatal specimens.

Is anyone facing problems with roche D Bil? Our neonatal D Bil reference range is upto 0.3 mg /dl.
But with the new generation of D Bil all our neonatal samples are having D Bil in the range of 1 to 1.2.

Sutirtha
