So first of all Mr Gove commits "brandicide" for GCSEs by rubbishing them and planning to replace them by EBCs, then he discovers that is too difficult so plans to overhaul GCSEs in inconsistent stages over a three year period, and now he apparently plans an I Level (which makes me think of grills). Why can he not leave things alone for a second - he is like a teenage boy in the bath.

Just a couple of points:
1 The grades that they are so proud of setting to allow them to add more are completely inconsistent with GCSEs, A Levels and even degrees - a higher number is normally worse unless it is a percentage.
2 The timetable for delivery means that there is no chance of Mr Gove being in office when it is delivered.
I think Mr Gove must have been a counselling student in a former life .....
