We are using NPex third party middleware to send requests to and receive results back from our Immunology supplier, but are constantly frustrated by lost messages/results.
Is anyone else using this service, and if so what is your impression of the service?
We are probably sending 50 plus samples a day, with innumerably more results coming back, so it is frustrating to have to keep chasing to get results resent.
In fact, looking at the 95th percentile, this has increased significantly (+7 days) over the old fashioned post and manual transciption system we used before.
This service was being held up as the model for the future in improving turn round times for referred tests, but it all appears to have gone very quiet recently, so is there a problem we (collectively) need to know about?
Thanks in anticipation.
