full-time tenure-track Interactive/Graphic Design position available
beginning August 26, 2013. Job duties and responsibilities include teaching
and research in the field of interactive and graphic design, curriculum
development and participation in program coordination, department and
campus service, and student advising. Required qualifications include MFA,
MDes, or PhD in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or Visual Communication
Design by June 30, 2013, two years of teaching experience in a Mac
environment,
strong design skills as they pertain to traditional and interactive media,
and demonstrated expertise in current and emerging web design, interactive
media, technology, and software applications. The University of Minnesota
