"Speculum historiale" is not a very specific title, but http://www.zvdd.de/ will
give you access to several digital versions of Vincent of Beauvais.
As Google is blocking my German IP from following your link to the the preview
of Hieatt's translation of KMS, I don't know to which page you are linking, but
on p.320f. there is a brief summary of the borrowings from Vincent's work:
"The first five chapters derive from the _Speculum hisioriale_ of Vincent of
Beauvais, 1-3 rendering lib. xxiiii, cap. iii-v, while 4-5 come mainly from lib.
xxiiii, cap. xxiii-xxiiii; interpolated into Chapter 4 are two passages from
lib. xvi, the first from cap. Ixxxix and the second (and longer) from cap.
xciiii. This material from an earlier section of the _Speculum historiale_ was
no doubt added because it forms part of a sequence in which St. Salvius, the
"Sallinus" of Kms., is referred to (lib. xvi, cap. xc), and thus was associated
with the Salvius story proper of lib. xxiiii, cap. xxiii-xxiiii."
