Dear all
Early HIV research participants saw life as the intervention/active
condition and
death as the control/placebo or regular standard of care condition. To
solve
this problem they held all drugs/controls assigned in the RCTcommon so none
could hoard the goodč drugs and everyone would have some chance at life.
The
investigators were not informed because participants did not want to
compromise
the chance for life. As a result of this action dose titration and efficacy
could not be measured. Need referencehelp!!! It is for a paper thanks
Best
